Half-morocco binding, marbled brown. Smooth spine with gilt fillets and a brown morocco label with the title and author's name in gilt. Gilt date at the tail. Boards decorated with a gilt fillet. Scattered rubbing on the binding. Gilt top edge. Ex-libris in the form of a label on the pastedown. Cream cover and spine very well preserved. Untrimmed pages. Frontispiece in black and brown. Excellent condition of the content, decorated with black and white headbands and tailpieces. Folding facsimile of a handwritten letter in black and white and an insert at the end of the work. Book with a multicolored fabric bookmark.
