A small work presented in a beautiful binding, the result of a true archivist's labor carried out in the 19th century by Joseph-Marie Barto, aiming to present the history of Capbreton, a beautiful commune in Les Landes. In a small note at the very beginning, the author thanks the then occupants of the town hall for their kind permission to access the necessary documents for his research.
