Le Passage is a novel by Jean Reverzy, published in 1954 by Julliard and awarded the Prix Renaudot the same year.

"This novel describes the slow agony of a friend of the narrator, who returned from Polynesia with an aging vahine and pigmentary cirrhosis. The novel takes place in Lyon, where the narrator is a doctor (like Jean Reverzy himself), but is interspersed with nostalgic flashbacks of the Pacific, and traversed by an identical back-and-forth between the world of life and that of death."
