Elegantly illustrated edition with 29 etchings by Dunoyer de Segonzac, 9 of which are full-page. A beautiful layout that allows the illustration and text to interact. Following a fight organized in New York, the NRF entrusted Tristan Bernard and Dunoyer de Segonzac with the task of highlighting what was now dear to the public.

In a bordered slipcase. Full chocolate morocco binding. On the covers, a design recalling the ropes of a boxing ring, composed of gilt and black fillets, as well as two gilt chains, in the middle of which a strip of brown morocco is inlaid. Spine with 4 raised bands. Between the two compartments, gilt and black fillets depict a corner post of a boxing ring. Chocolate morocco frame on the doublures, gilt and black fillets. Purple silk lining and endpapers with a geometric pattern. Covers and spine preserved. Gilt top edge. Fillets on turns-in and caps. Binding signed by TRINCKVEL.
