Half Havana shagreen binding with bands, featuring wide green central bands. Spine with two strong raised bands, with gilt title and author's name. Slight rubbing on the binding and some wear to the joints barely diminish its beauty. Gilt top edge. Cover and spine very well preserved. Untrimmed pages. Paper slightly browned but in good condition. Content adorned with black and white headpieces and tailpieces, in-text black and white illustrations, as well as one plan and two black and white out-of-text maps. Multicolor fabric bookmark.
