RARE AND HIGHLY SOUGHT-AFTER ORIGINAL EDITION OF RIMBAUD'S ONLY POETIC COLLECTION PUBLISHED BY HIMSELF.

While some discover Tutankhamun's tomb, unearth its invaluable treasure before succumbing to the curse, others unearthed, in 1902 at 37, rue aux Choux in Brussels, in the cellar of the printer Poot, the dusty bale of 500 copies of "Une Saison en Enfer" (A Season in Hell), a literary treasure composed by Arthur Rimbaud, the accursed poet.

Throughout his life, the Belgian lawyer and bibliophile Raymond Losseau distributed the copies of his find little by little, increasing their value as well as interest in this text, of which it had long been believed that only a few author's copies had survived, Rimbaud never having paid his invoice.

Masterpiece, treasure, monument - all epithets apply. Did Rimbaud, "the visionary," foresee this posterity?

Extremely rare in its original publisher's wrapper. Most copies were destroyed or lost, making it today one of the rarest and most sought-after books in French literature.
